HSE supplied the Project Manager for development of the first public heliport in The Netherlands, Amsterdam Heliport. The Project Manager was responsible for acquiring the environmental, building and CAA-NL permits as well as for managing the heliport itself.
In 2004 HSE supported the German Air Rescue during the tender process for 3 HEMS-bases in the Netherlands.
In 2006 HSE assisted in building 3 private heliports in the Netherlands.
